Returns and Refunds

We at Green Gone LLC place the highest priority on customer satisfaction and the quality of both our product and service. If you have used our product as directed and, in the rare event, do not achieve your desired cleansing results, please contact us first. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, and if we are unable to do so, we will be happy to assist you with initiating the refund process. However, please refer to the guidelines below regarding important return, shipping, and company policies.

  1. Refunds are not issued by telephone. If you were not satisfied with the use of our products and would like to request a refund please email Support@greengonedetox.com with your name and order number or a copy of the original confirmation email you received when you submitted your order (proof of purchase).
  2. Green Gone LLC reserves the right to deny sales to any customer whom we deem unsafe to consume our product after correspondence.
  3. Chargebacks may result in the denial of future sales and will be pursued for payment, if necessary.
  4. All returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving product to qualify for a refund.
      • Bottle(s) must be mailed from, and received by us in order to receive a refund.
      • Detox drinks must be unused to be eligible for a refund.

    1. Refunds do not include any shipping/handling costs incurred. Furthermore, Refunds will be dispensed after a 10% restocking/handling fee.

    2. In the unlikely event that an order is filled incorrectly, Green Gone LLC will immediately begin correcting the order at no additional cost to the customer. All replacement products shipped will be done so in the manner of the previous order and the customer is not expected to return the incorrect product received. If the customer does not want a replacement a return must be made for a refund.
    3. Refunds will only be dispensed to the original purchaser through the method of original payment. The name of the customer seeking refund must match the name of the purchaser we received payment from to verify we are refunding the correct person. We will not send a check it must be to the original payment method.
    4. Customers that openly do not comply with our product instructions, or communicate to us lack of compliance to any correspondence with the company written or oral, may not be eligible for a refund.
    5. This product is designed for a personal detox using our home test strips. This product does not conceal or mask any substances. Any customer that has a negative personal test cannot request a refund. Also any customer that has a negative personal test cannot request a refund based on the results of a lab test, as our product is not used to defraud a lab test via GC/MS.  
    6. Customers that refuse delivery or request Return to Sender via the shipping carrier may be withheld an additional restocking fee.
    7. We cannot refund money to pre-paid credit cards.
    8. Our Satisfaction Guarantee can be used one time per person.
    9. Customer acceptance of replacement product is sent in lieu of refund. 
    10. We reserve the right to cancel orders from any customer at any time if we suspect fraud, or prior chargeback / customer claim.
