Shipping Policies

By purchasing our product you agree to the terms outlined below:

Shipping

    1. All purchases made prior to 2pm EST (Mon-Fri non holidays) will be shipped the same day.
    2. All other purchases (after 2pm Friday through the end of Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.
    3. All packages will be shipped using one of the 2 mailing options provided by us and selected by the customer at checkout. These options include: Priority Mail (1-3 days - Free)  and Priority Mail Express (overnight, 2 day max - 20$ extra). Tracking is included at no additional charge with all options. 
    4. Green Gone LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Nor do we provide USPS customer support. We can provide tracking numbers and confirm shipment, issues beyond that need involvement from USPS.
    5. Customers that pay via e-check are subject to the 3-5 day waiting period required for the check to clear prior to shipping.
    6. Delays in the shipping process such as holidays, acts of God, and other shipping delays are not the responsibility of Green Gone LLC.
    7. In the event an item is not deliverable per USPS and comes back to us we can refund the purchase minus any shipping fees incurred, or reship after the address issue is corrected. We will not reship a second time free of charge without proper address correction from the customer.
