Shipping Policies

By purchasing our product you agree to the terms outlined below:


  1. All purchases made prior to 4pm EST (Mon-Fri non holidays) will be shipped the same day. Saturday cutoff is noon.
  2. All other purchases (after noon Saturday through Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.
  3. All packages will be shipped using one of the mailing options provided by UPS and selected by the customer at checkout. UPS Ground shipping is 3-5 Days. UPS Air (overnight arrives in 1 business day - 25$ extra). Two day air arrives in 2 business days ($15 extra). Tracking is included at no additional charge with all options.
  4. Green Gone LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Nor do we provide UPS customer support. We can provide tracking numbers and confirm shipment, issues beyond that need involvement from UPS.
  5. Customers that pay via eCheck are subject to the 3-5 day waiting period required for the check to clear prior to shipping.
  6. Delays in the shipping process such as holidays, acts of God, and other shipping delays are not the responsibility of Green Gone LLC.
  7. In the event an item is not deliverable per UPS and comes back to us we can refund the purchase minus any shipping fees incurred, or reship after the address issue is corrected. We will not reship a second time free of charge without proper address correction from the customer.
